Tom Brady received a ring from comedian Kevin Hart during his roast in an event, and the piece of jewelry is said to have cost five figures.
As reported by TMZ Sports, the six-carat ring features nearly 400 diamonds, rubies, and sapphires. Crafted by Jason Arashaben, the CEO of Jason of Beverly Hills, the ring has a value of $40,000.
Arashaben was also responsible for designing Brady’s last Super Bowl ring with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020.
“Honored to have made Tom Brady’s last two championship rings,” the Los Angeles-based jeweler remarked, just a day after the roast organized by Netflix. “One with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and now again at his roast. It may not be a Super Bowl ring, but we’ll take it.”
During the roast, Brady playfully mocked Bill Belichick over infamous doorbell footage showing the former Patriots head coach exiting a young woman’s home shirtlеss during his final season in New England.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion referenced a Ring doorbell video that circulated on social media in November, featuring a man resembling the 71-year-old Belichick leaving a house in the morning while only wearing pants.
“Everyone asks me which ring is my favorite… I used to say ‘the next one,’” Brady initially said.
“But now that I am retired, my favorite ring is the camera that caught Coach Belichick sneaking out of that poor girl’s house a few months ago…” After gesturing toward his former coach, Brady added, “Hey, you still got it! Respect, baby!”
